Each product moves through five stages. A step advances the simulation by one second. Quality failures leave the line at inspection.

PROCESS ENGINEERING

Develop your production recipe

Balance process conditions before committing the workflow to your simulated equipment.

Recipe or model changes invalidate qualification. Requalify before the automation agent can run.

SEE / MACHINE LEARNING

Teach the line what to reject.

Train a small logistic regression model on synthetic process deviation, surface anomaly, and alignment measurements. No camera images or external AI service are used.

Fixed experiment: 640 training samples, 160 validation samples, 240 held-out test samples. 180 bounded gradient steps. Retraining repeats the same experiment.

Results describe this game’s synthetic sensor data. They do not establish inspection performance on food or semiconductor hardware.
