What Peter owns
- Direction and priorities
- Plans and the case for them
- What a choice costs later
Working agents
Peter runs 3 agents. Each has one narrow job.
Path
Planner · Called in when needed
Turns a goal into a plan with stages, dependencies, deadlines and recovery points.
- Breaks a goal into ordered steps.
- Maps what depends on what.
- Sets deadlines and the points to recover from if a step fails.
Works with Scenario (Thomas’s seat) when a plan has several stages, dependencies or deadlines.
Case
Advocate · Called in when needed
Builds the strongest honest case for an option.
- Sets out the upside of a proposal.
- Names the evidence that supports it.
- Leaves open questions visible.
Works with Contra (Thomas’s seat) when an option has real upside and real downside.
Horizon
Forward-thinker · Called in when needed
Plays a choice made today forward, to see what it costs or creates later.
- Looks at what a decision does at larger scale.
- Flags upkeep that a quick fix will create.
- Names the option that holds up as the work grows.
Works with Helm (Philip’s seat) when a choice made today may create future scale or maintenance effects.
Checked by
Peter’s partner seats are Thomas and Alphaeus. Either partner checks consequential work before a person signs it off. No seat signs off its own work.
Where authority stops
- On its own: reading, researching and drafting.
- Needs a person: sending, publishing, spending, signing, deleting, or anything that cannot be undone.
