Alkamy Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201429706H), formerly 1dr0 Pte. Ltd., is a company registered in Singapore. We run this website, alkamy.ltd. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the site and by email, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is made under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you visit the site. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The site has no contact form, comments or newsletter. It does not load third-party fonts or embedded content.
To deliver pages and keep the site secure, our web server and our network provider, Cloudflare, process technical data. This includes your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request.
Cookies. Cloudflare may set these security cookies:
__cf_bmhelps Cloudflare tell people from bots. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.cf_clearancerecords that your browser passed a security check, so you are not asked again. It lasts for a limited time set in our Cloudflare settings, 30 minutes by default.
These cookies protect the site. They are not used for tracking or advertising. WordPress sets its own cookies only for people who log in to manage the site.
When you email us. If you write to [email protected] or another @alkamy.ltd address, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and what you write. By emailing us, you agree that we may use these details to reply to you.
When you work with us. If you become a customer, we keep the contact, project and billing details we need to do the work and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
How we use it
We use personal data to:
- deliver and secure the website,
- reply to your messages,
- provide the services you ask for, and invoice for them,
- meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising.
AI tools
We use AI tools from third-party providers to help with research and drafting. When we prepare a reply, the content of your message may be processed by one of these tools. A person reviews every reply before we send it.
Goal check chat
Our goal check chat asks five short questions and your email address. We receive your answers, your email, the page you used and a session identifier.
Your answers go to our workflow server, n8n, which we run on our own server in Germany. One AI call, to Anthropic, PBC, gives a first read. Your answers are then emailed to [email protected] through Google Gmail, where a person reviews them before replying.
The chat does not give binding quotes and does not take payments. Please do not share passwords, card details or other sensitive information.
Chat records on our workflow server are deleted automatically after 14 days. We keep the emailed copy for no longer than 90 days, unless you become a customer.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site, our email and our work, and only what they need. They process it for us and on our instructions. We remain responsible for it.
- Cloudflare, Inc. provides DNS, security and content delivery.
- Hetzner Online GmbH, in Germany, hosts our website and email servers.
- Anthropic, PBC provides the AI that gives the goal check first read.
- Google LLC delivers goal check emails to us through Gmail.
- AI tool providers help us prepare drafts.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires or allows it.
Transfers outside Singapore
Our website, email and workflow servers are in Germany. Cloudflare runs a worldwide network. Anthropic and Google may process data in the United States, and some of our AI tool providers may process data in other countries.
When we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we make sure the recipient is bound to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA. We do this through our providers’ data processing terms, the data protection laws that apply to them, or recognised certifications. For example, Hetzner is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and Cloudflare holds a Global Cross-Border Privacy Rules certification.
How we keep it safe
We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections, access controls and a firewall. No system is completely secure. If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will tell you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.
- Emails that do not lead to work are deleted when we no longer need them.
- Accounting and tax records are kept for at least five years from the relevant year of assessment, as Singapore law requires.
- Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and tell you how we have used or disclosed it in the past year,
- correct personal data that is wrong or incomplete,
- stop using your personal data, by withdrawing your consent.
Email [email protected] with your request. We may ask you to confirm who you are.
We will respond as soon as reasonably possible. If we cannot respond within 30 days, we will tell you in writing within that time when we will. We may charge a reasonable fee for a copy of your data, and we will tell you the fee first. We do not charge for corrections.
If you withdraw your consent, we will tell you what that means for you. For example, we may not be able to continue a project with you. We will then stop using your data within a reasonable time. We may still keep records the law requires us to keep.
