Turn one repeated job into a workflow you can follow.
Start with a process your team already understands: collecting an enquiry, moving data between tools, preparing a report or drafting something for review. We map the steps and build the smallest useful workflow around them.
n8n business workflows
Connect forms, APIs and business systems with clear triggers, data mapping and exception handling. We agree what should happen when a service is unavailable, an input is missing or the same event arrives twice.
Agentic steps, with a clear purpose
Use an AI-assisted step where the task needs interpretation: classifying an enquiry, extracting agreed fields or preparing a draft. We define its allowed inputs, the checks on its output and the points where a person reviews or approves the next action.
Custom code and scripting
Add JavaScript, Python scripts or API integrations when standard nodes do not cover the task. The language and runtime depend on your environment. Credentials, dependencies and running costs are agreed before deployment.
Built around your environment
We scope work in your n8n Cloud account or your own self-hosted environment. Hosting, n8n subscriptions, model usage and other API charges are itemised separately. Any shared-hosting or embedded-product arrangement needs a separate licence review.
Pricing
Fixed quote after a process review. The build price depends on the systems connected, custom logic, data quality and the checks needed. Ongoing monitoring, fixes and changes can be quoted separately with a defined allowance.
We start with one bounded process and agree what counts as a successful result before extending it. Examples on this page describe possible work; each integration is checked for feasibility during scoping.
What we can prepare
- A process map with triggers, inputs, outputs and approval points.
- The agreed n8n workflow and any supporting scripts or API connections.
- Checks for expected results, failed runs, retries and duplicate inputs.
- Workflow exports, code and operating notes for the agreed handover.
