Measured 3D models and maker’s packs

Rebuild a measured item as a model and prepare the dimensions, parts and questions a maker needs.

Start from confirmed measurements

Provide the dimension sheet, photos, intended material and purpose. We check whether the geometry can be reconstructed and agree the file formats and tolerance checks before modelling.

Missing measurements remain open questions. Fit, strength and physical performance need a prototype and the maker’s inspection. The deliverable is a file package; fabrication, tool purchases and sample orders are separate.

Start with a small, agreed scope

Tell us what you do today, where it gets difficult and what a useful result would look like. Please leave passwords, customer records and confidential documents out of this first brief. We can agree a secure way to share source material later.

Scope and pricing

We review feasibility, source material and acceptance checks before confirming a quote. Timing, fees, review steps and any hosting, software or API costs are agreed before work starts. Submitting an enquiry does not book work or trigger an automated service.

What we can prepare

  • A true-size model checked against the supplied dimension sheet
  • An agreed model export and dimension table
  • A maker’s pack with process notes and open questions
