Keep your website working for the people who use it.
Get help with the WordPress site or WooCommerce store you already run. Start with a hosting question, a problem to investigate or a change you need to make.
Managed hosting and care
We can scope hosting setup or migration, software updates, backups and ongoing care around your website. Your quote will specify the hosting resources, backup schedule and retention, restore checks, support hours and who handles each part. Existing sites are reviewed before we take on care.
Advice and support
Bring a plugin conflict, a broken page, a checkout issue or a question about your setup. We investigate the cause, explain the options and agree the work before making changes. Advice can also cover plugin choices and the next improvements to your store.
Small additions that fit your setup
Our WordPress and WooCommerce plugins can help with manual orders, order documents, product descriptions and customer-history displays. We recommend and test an addition when it fits your needs. Installation and customisation are scoped as part of the service; paid third-party licences are listed separately.
A practical place to start
Tell us your site address, what is happening and what you want to change. Please keep passwords and customer records out of the initial brief. We will agree secure access separately if it is needed.
Pricing
Quoted after a site review. One-off support, ongoing care and hosting are itemised so you can see what you are paying for. The quote sets any included support time, recurring costs, exclusions and applicable taxes before work starts.
Emergency cover, response-time commitments, major rebuilds and specialist third-party work need their own agreed scope.
What we can prepare
- A review of your current site and a clear scope with a fixed quote.
- Hosting and care arrangements matched to your site, traffic and support needs.
- Agreed fixes or changes, checked on a staging copy where appropriate.
- A handover explaining what changed, what was tested and any remaining limits.
