The free open-source release
There is no charge for the open-source Alkamy Order Editor Pro download, so downloading it does not create a purchase to refund.
Earlier paid purchases
The following policy applies to earlier direct software payments. Releasing the plugin free and open source does not by itself issue a refund, cancel a subscription or remove rights under the terms of an earlier purchase.
If an earlier direct software purchase from alkamy.ltd is not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of the initial payment or a renewal payment. Email [email protected] with your order number. You do not need to complete troubleshooting before requesting a refund.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines how long they take to appear. We do not promise a fixed bank processing time.
Under the policy for the earlier purchase, a refund ends the updates and support covered by that payment and cancels that subscription’s future renewals. It does not disable installed plugin features or delete archived documents.
For an existing subscription, you can cancel future renewals from My Account without requesting a refund. Cancellation alone keeps the current paid service period active and stops the next renewal. It does not refund an earlier payment. Contact [email protected] about an existing account or subscription.
This policy covers software bought directly from alkamy.ltd. For another marketplace purchase, use that marketplace’s refund process. Nothing here limits remedies required by applicable law.
