Download and install
Use the released ZIPs linked from the Alkamy Order Editor page and the Alkamy Order Editor Pro page. Pro is free and open source under GPL-2.0-or-later; Pro describes the additional features, not a paid tier.
In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, choose each ZIP and install it. Activate WooCommerce and the free Alkamy Order Editor before activating Pro. Check the stated WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP requirements before installing.
Prepare your first document
Set your company details, logo and document defaults in the invoicing settings. Choose or edit the supported PDF layout for each document type. Open an order, enable Invoicing mode and review customer details and document sections. Save the order to assign missing document numbers, then preview before downloading.
Test invoice attachments on a staging store with outgoing email redirected to your own test inbox before enabling them for customer emails. Credit notes describe existing refunds; exporting a credit note does not refund a payment.
Update from a released ZIP
Keep a backup of your site and documents, then test the update on staging. Upload the released plugin ZIP through WordPress and follow the replacement prompt for the installed version. Review the release notes and test the document layouts you use before updating your live store.

Email [email protected] with your WordPress, WooCommerce and plugin versions, the steps you took and the message shown. Remove customer details from screenshots and system reports. Do not email passwords, payment details or private customer information.
For an earlier paid purchase, include the order number so we can identify the applicable account and terms. Making the plugin free does not itself alter or refund an earlier transaction. See earlier-purchase information and the refund policy.
